But god always opens a way when all the doors are closed.

Start -> All progs -> Accessories -> Ease of access -> Magnifier.

Use the magnifier to magnify the window and make ur c++ window cover the whole of your monitor/screen. 🙂
Take Care.

Bhavul.

past it in directly in folder turbo c
and change directry to
c:\turbo c for include file

turbo c/ c++ in fullscreen , for windows vista & windows 7

plz download dosbox(any latest version) and install it.

then type the foll. commands.
—————————————————————
mount z: c:\tc
————————————————————–

z:\ ——–> drive-Z will be used as dosbox’s drive to emulate dos apps.

c:\tc ——-> the location where turbo c/c++ is installed

after mounting ‘tc’ in Z-drive, navigate to z-drive by the foll.cmd

__________________________________________________________________
| z:
——————————————————————

then, change directory to the bin folder:

—————————————————————-
cd bin
—————————————————————-

then, to open the turbo c/c++ ide, simply type: tcc
thats where u get the ide in full screen

u can improve the display frequency by (ctrl+F12) key

note:
——
setting the compiler options:
—————————————

in general , the include path is set as “c:\tc\include”

since we consider the directory “c:\tc” as “z:\”, replace “c:\tc” with “z:\”

eg: z:\include

repeat the same for setting “LIB” and “src” &”output”

• girija

gr8…. it really helpfull but its not working on “mount z: c:\tc” Instead of this there should be “mount c: c:\tc\”. thanx…

• sankara

Hai correct this function for your program
This is graphics program you must include this header file
#include
#include
#include
initgraph(&gd,&gm,”c:/tc/bgi”);

• #include /////graphics header file to include graphic pre defined fun
void main(void)
{

int gdriver = DETECT, gmode, errorcode;/////simply add these
initgraph(&gdriver, &gmode, “”);
errorcode = graphresult();
if (errorcode != grOk)
{
printf(“Graphics error: %s\n”, grapherrormsg(errorcode));
printf(“Press any key to halt:”);
getch();
exit(1);
}

add this with in your file
give extension(.exe)
save it
if needed change directries for include,lib files

• uttam

you should at first on ‘change dir’ option given in file option .then replace the directory name with “BGI”.Then click ok.now u can run your program without any error.

• parnika

go to options, click on linker, select graphics mode..
hope ur program would work…

• atal

Turbo C++ 3.o is a dos based IDE Compiler for writing c programs. The programs developed by using it will work on windows with a screen of 25 x 80 size and not WYSIWYG. so preferabl use other available compilers.

• Aasim

peace b on u all
i m also getting the same problem abt full screen
so i got the solution from this site. It does not help u to fullscreen but to enlarge ur screen a little and a sufficient screen.
http://techrena.blogspot.com/2008/10/how-to-get-full-screen-for-turbo-c-30.html

• Mrityunjay Maurya

1)download dosbox 0.74(its free available on
“http://www.afterdawn.com/software/general/download_splash.cfm/dosbox”)

2)install it and then open it

3)now mount it by typing mount “c: c:\tc\bin” after (Z:\>)

4)now change the drive to C by typing “C:”(by default u install everything in c drive){then press ENTER}

5)type the location “tc” (or wherever u have installed turbo c)(then press enter)

6)Now your C++ gets opened and you can switch to fullscreen mode by pressing ALT+ENTER.

GUYs this is simply the best way……thanks to EHSAN

• Mrityunjay Maurya

For all those guys who want graphical output screen window…do follow steps of my above post as u will never get to see the graphical output until and unless you switch to fullscreen mode(magnifier is of no use here)
