The Ashampoo Photo optimizer 3 can now be downloaded for free. The Program is now free because of the release of its successor Ashampoo Photo Optimizer 4, which needs a registration key to be purchased for operation. The Photo Optimizer is relatively simpler than other Photo editing tools available, so most users with the basic ideas of photo attributes can use it without facing problems.
To use the Optimizer users have to download it from the internet. And once downloaded the program needs to be registered via email. This has to be done within ten days of download. The registration done through email is completely free and requires no other sorts of payment afterwards.
