Using Free Editor to view 70+ types of files
A PC owner does encounter various formats of file that are lengthy in nature. Viewing them all could take a complete software library. For text based documents, free editor is considered to be the best. There are other options like lists, tables, images, options, indents, paragraph settings, images and more. Spreadsheet is the basic without any formula bar, charts. You can even formula in the cell directly even though it is not a formula bar. You can even edit, create, view, format and edit / enter data too.
Another advantage is that you could save file in another format, although sometimes it does not work as we expect. PDFs can be saved as PDFs only. Image exports are limited to formats like PNG, TGA, TIFF, GIF, BMP. Word documents are saved in formats like DOCX, DOC, RDF, RTF, TXT having no PDF.
Unexpected extras are also available. Hex Editor is a simple binary resource editor for files and source code editor with syntax that highlights for some languages. Free Editor have been revealed some shortcomings. When we wanted to create a Word document, it was found under files – no file was available. By pressing CTR + N, some files were ignored and program crashed if we tried with images.
Despite of these problems, Free Editor can open files that cannot handle formats like PSD, EPUB, TIFF, various RAWs. Some viewers who are specialists do give the best results but as a last resort you can try Free Editor.
